01Who is the data controller

In this policy, “we” and “WebSolum” refer to the controller named above. For any questions about your data, write to the email address above.

02What data we collect

• Form data. Your website address or a description of your business, your phone number or email address, and anything else you enter.
• Correspondence data. When you email us or we correspond about a quote and cooperation.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and time of access. These are recorded by the hosting provider’s servers to run and protect the site.
• Analytics data — only with your consent. Which pages you view, for how long, from which device, which source brought you here, and your approximate location (city, country). Collected via Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.
• Session recordings and maps — only with your consent. Yandex Metrica (the Webvisor feature) records mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, so we can see where the site is hard to use. It also creates click and scroll maps, records interaction with form fields (which field was filled in or abandoned) and goals, e.g. form submission. The content you type into form fields is not recorded.

We do not ask for special categories of data (e.g. about health or religious beliefs). Please do not enter them in the form.

03Why we process data and on what basis

We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018), only for the following purposes:

• Replying to your inquiry, the audit and preparing a quote — steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request.
• Performance of a contract — if you become our client.
• Issuing invoices and keeping business records — compliance with a legal obligation.
• Operating and protecting the site (server logs) — our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
• Displaying the site correctly (Google Fonts) — our legitimate interest.
• Traffic analytics, session recordings and click maps (to improve the site) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your contact details for advertising messages or newsletters. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

04How long we keep data

• Inquiries that did not lead to cooperation — up to 12 months from the last communication, after which we delete them.
• Client data and business records — for the duration of the cooperation, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
• Analytics data — up to 14 months in Google Analytics, or in line with Yandex Metrica’s rules. Session recordings (Webvisor) are kept briefly, according to Yandex’s rules.
• Server logs — short-term, according to the hosting provider’s settings.
• Your cookie choice — in your browser, until you delete or change it.

05Who may have access to data

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Access may only be given to service providers who help us run the site and the business:

• Namecheap, Inc. — website hosting (servers in the European Union).
• Google — the email service (Gmail) through which we receive inquiries, Google Analytics (only with consent) and Google Fonts.
• Yandex — Yandex Metrica (only with consent).
• Accounting service — only the client data needed for invoicing.
• Public authorities — when expressly required by law.

06Transfers of data outside Serbia

• European Union (the hosting provider’s servers) — EU countries provide an adequate level of data protection, so the transfer is permitted without special conditions.
• USA (Google) — the transfer takes place with the safeguards Google applies (standard contractual clauses), and for analytics also with your consent.

07Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. Essential cookies always work, because without them the site cannot even remember your choice. Analytics cookies are set only once you click “Accept”. If you click “Decline”, analytics is not loaded.

Session recording (Webvisor). If you accept analytics cookies, Yandex Metrica may record your visit: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Recordings are used solely to improve the site. The content of form fields (phone, email, description) is not recorded. If you click “Decline”, recording is not enabled.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google, but no cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

08Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

• access — to find out what data about you we process and receive a copy;
• rectification and completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of data when there is no longer a basis for processing;
• restriction of processing in cases provided for by law;
• data portability — to receive your data in a commonly used electronic format;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send your request to websolum@gmail.com. We reply without delay, and no later than within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, Serbia, www.poverenik.rs.

09Data security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only we and the service providers listed above have access to the data, protected by passwords. If a data breach occurs that may put your rights at risk, we will notify the Commissioner and you in accordance with the law.

10Minors

The site and services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 15. If we learn that we have received such data, we will delete it without delay.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page, and we will announce significant changes on the site.
